What is listed
The index covers AI software used in import, customs and forwarding work, grouped into 8 categories:
- Customs entry and classification
- Compliance and tariff
- Document and invoice processing
- Quoting and rate management
- Track and trace and visibility
- Carrier, broker and inbox agents
- Procurement and bids
- Forwarder operating platforms
Anyone can suggest a tool or a correction through the submit page. Basic listings are free.
How listings are checked
- Every listing is checked against public sources, such as the vendor's own website, its pricing page and funding announcements.
- Each tool page shows the date it was last checked. The current data was last checked 2026-10-27.
- Pricing is shown as published by the vendor. If a vendor does not publish pricing, the listing says so.
- Funding rounds link to the announcement or report they come from. Every entry on the funding and launches page links to its source.
- If a fact could not be verified from a public source, the listing shows it as Unknown rather than guessing.
- We check every submission against public sources before it goes live, and we do not rank tools by who pays.
Paid placements
Featured listings and the newsletter sponsor line are paid. They are always labeled, and they never change the facts on a listing. Listings are not endorsements. See advertising options.
